So bonzuko friends. I surely know what the 'toy' is that Jason & Jenn refer to in the riddle. I shall not reveal the secret nor give another hint. But I assure you it was part of my Halloween costume in the year following it’s appearance! Troy

Ken said I pretty much gave it away with this hint. I suppose if you don't know what it is by now, you probably haven't actually wanted one since 1977.
